abcdefghijklmn……

Jana sent me a link to a website that she thought I might like – Letman.

and I really enjoy looking through all the projects, lettering, designs, creativity…. amazing stuff! I highly recommend checking this website for all sorts of ideas and letters!

One of the projects, ABC was probably the cutest and coolest and so I wanted to share it here – I love how 4-year-old is having fun drawing letters! Priceless.

Papercuts Letters

I’ve been a fan of papercutdiecut, it’s been always on my etsy favorites, but when I saw that they have cutout letters now, my jar dropped! HOW PRETTY!

I bought my letter H as soon as I saw it – can’t wait to receive it!

It is all cutout by hands!

sigh. so beautiful.

I wish my hands could do this! Check out more handmade cutout art work from papercutdiecut.

Alphabet Buttons

I love these alphabet buttons from Treatzone… don’t they look great?! Each letter looks different, is featuring vintage lettering, and I love that it’s black and white. I see my “H” and it’s calling me…

*NOTE: These buttons are now available at Treatzone etsy shop!!! Yay!!!

I also came across these customized cross stitched fabric button from erase and repeat… you get to pick any alphabet and you can get the heart shape, too! All hand-stitched.

(I love this photo with lots of type background – I think it’s a page from a book)

These would make a cute refrigerator mangets! I actually need some more magnets for my inspiration board, these would be really perfect…

Polenimschaufenster

I got to email back and forth with this awesome font designer Hannes Siengalewicz from Polenimschaufenster regarding one of his fonts that I used for wood fire woodie business card.

He makes such cool fonts and they are available for your personal use for free at dafont.com. (They are all available for purchase, too, if you’d like to use them for something other than your personal use)

One of his fonts “Lietz Lindau Hamburg” is very cool and these are his designs with the font. I love this font, it’s bold, modern, and it has this texture and rounded corner (not too curvy, just right)

This font called “Union Agrochem” is the one I used, and this is his creation with the font:

He has many more, too! Check it out from here.

Thank you, Hannes so much for letting us use all your fonts for free!!!

Happy Friday and happy weekend, everyone! See you on Monday — will have some progress on my letterpress prints!
