Spring finally came to NYC! The winter here is so long that I really appreciate the warm weather and it’s so awesome to see the flowers blooming day by day. I just can’t get enough!! Here are some photos I took for the last week or so… makes me so happy :)
We are having such a slow Spring this year… it’s almost May and still trees are bold and cherry blossoms are blooming finally here and there… and it’s nice, but not that warm… yet.
But makes me really happy to see the vibrant pink on the street! (These photos are from SoHo this morning) We couldn’t go to the annual Sakura Matsuri in the Brooklyn Botanical garden this weekend because Mili was sick, but I saw pictures on the Internet and the park had no cherry blossoms yet!! What?!
It was another beautiful Spring day today, I had all day with Miss Mili and Maia so we all went out to the Brooklyn Bridge park. Some flowers are blooming everywhere and makes me really happy to see! Yay, Spring!!
Trees are still half naked, but I see little buds coming out everywhere… so nice…

We went to the Playground, too, do you spot Maia (above) patiently waiting for us? Dogs are not allowed in there…

It’s been oh so gorgeous around here, the nature is responding really well you can see! I love seeing the Spring blooming, I know I say this every year, but I just cannot get enough. Here are some photos I took around the city. Wishing you all a happy Spring Friday and weekend!
This cherry blossom tree is in the middle of Soho on West Broadway street. It was stunning! Everyone was taking photos :)
