I have been passing by this building on the way to my studio for quite sometime now and always wanted to take some pictures… but I was always on the bus so I couldn’t…

I happened to take a different route the other day and walked by this building — HOT BIRD signage! I love the yellow bricks, too. I don’t see any Bar-B-Q place anywhere near here (or am I simply missing something?) so I think this is an old signage that was left on the building…

Catch Me if You Can Opening Title Sequence

Yes, I know, this is from 2002, but I watched “Catch Me if You Can” on the TV over the weekend and saw this amazing opening title sequence again and I remembered the first time I saw this — I was so drawn to it and thought it was one of the best opening title sequences ever. It’s been always in my head ever since, but I didn’t have a blog to post my inspirations at that time so I’m doing it now. Still gets me every time… so good! Love the music, too. Very inspiring and well done. Love the typography and the illustration, all works so well together. Enjoy!

The Brain

Hello! I am back from my trip to Washington D.C. — it was such a fun trip, it was so fun that it is so very hard today to even get up… but I do have a lot to do and so when I saw this new poster from Ork Poster “The Brain,” I immediately got drawn to it — I need the brain right now!

I’ve been a fan of Ork Poster, I have 3 of their city neighborhood posters, their typography design with the city and now with the anatomy series is always so great.

Paris Cards

I hope you all had a nice weekend… I got home late last night from a fun girls trip to New Hampshire so a little late start for me…

I wanted to share these cute Paris cards from Darling Clementine Paper Empire while I catch up with my emails and work… aren’t they so cute?! I like each illustration and the typography, makes me so happy :)
