I love fining art in a park — when I came back, there are few art installations in Brooklyn Bridge park. Took some photos to share :)

Right under the Manhattan Bridge (above)
and this one stands out in the park for sure. (below)

Let it swim

I went to the Metropolitan Museum a couple weeks ago, finally getting around to posting about it… On the rooftop, there is this awesome installation right now entitled “Cloud City” by Thomás Saraceno. It was such a sunny summer day, this looked even more awesome in a clear blue sky.

and yes, you can climb on it!

You can see the city view from the rooftop, too. Oh, and you can get a cocktail, too! :)

More posts from the MET visit will come soon… Happy July! (what?! already?!)

Artist David Ellis finished painting the Pearl Street Triangle last week, but the triangle area still has been closed as of today… It was great to see the progress everyday for like 4-5 days, it was changing everyday.

More about it and the whole mural image (not the completed one yet) here.
Happy Found Tuesday!

Mili and I went to Brooklyn Museum 2 Fridays ago and saw the Keith Haring exhibition — it was awesome! I really enjoyed it! I didn’t take many pictures, but here are some to share…

This work below was huge.

One with red heart <3 The dripping ink shows how fast the brush strokes were.

There was a whole room filled with his drawings on NY subway from 1980 to 1985. With other artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat and Kenny Scharf as well.

More about the exhibitions here.
It’s ending on July 8th so if you have a chance, I highly recommend visiting the exhibition.
